Chelsea Newsletter - Friday 19th November
Covering: Wesley Fofana to Chelsea, Antonio Rudiger latest, Frank Lampard to Leicester? John Terry coming back? And our latest general news sweep..
We made it guys, Chelsea are back tomorrow and it’s the weekend!
Another international break is over and now we have domestic football back. Chelsea travel to Leicester City tomorrow for the lunchtime kick off and it is a good chance to pull ahead at the top against 12th placed Leicester.
On the subject of them, Brendan Rodgers is being heavily linked now to moving to Manchester United, as I first reported last week. So that could have a knock-on effect that involves super Frank Lampard. Check that report out here.
From super Frank to our captain, leader, legend, John Terry! He too might soon be back coaching on a pitch, and might that be at Chelsea? Something I exclusively reported to you guys here on Monday, I have now followed that up with a new piece here with further info on that potential situation.
What about Antonio Rudiger? I’ve seen many split views on this situation, so here is mine as well as some latest news snippets and reports on the latest that is going on there.
Leading into a linked story here involving Wesley Fofana being targeted by Chelsea. With Rudiger looking likely to leave, Chelsea will need at least one new centre back in the summer, could Fofana be that guy?
Finally, check in with our general news sweep here to catch up on anything else you may have missed from Thursday as we head into a busy weekend of domestic football.
Also, to go along with that and get you in the Chelsea mood, how about a listen to cult hero Paul Canoville on our latest Podcast that is dropping at 3pm today? Keep eyes on that one dropping in your inbox later on!
Peace out for now guys, have a great weekend and speak Monday!
COME ON CHELSEA!!!!
