The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Monday 3rd May 2024!
Morning all,
Hope you all had a good weekend!
Things are starting to pick up now ahead of the summer transfer window, and Chelsea are looking to do some business early. News filtered in over the weekend that Chelsea had agreed to sign Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo as a free agent this summer and it looks to be the first signing under Enzo Maresca, who should be confirmed at any moment now.
Tosin will be the first of quite a few new arrivals this summer, but after that we will see a more sustained recruitment model at the club. I explain those plans and more in the first of FOUR sourced inside stories here in an insider special newsletter today.
The next sourced story stays in the same theme - general transfer plans for THIS summer. Chelsea will be busy, meaning I will be busy! I’ve got updates on names and positions in here 👀
Back to Tosin for my next insider article today. Why did he pick Chelsea over Newcastle and other interested clubs? The main reasons can be found in here.
And the fourth and final sourced story of this newsletter is around defender Wesley Fofana’s return from injury. Will he make pre-season? What’s the plans for him going forward? Find that out and more in here.
And for all the rest of your latest Chelsea news from yesterday in the same place, head to the Sunday news report here.
Thanks for stopping by, see you on the live blog from around 8.30am this morning!
Peace, Si.

Seems the PR cant even get the coach announced officially in a timely fashion, just leaves me thinking what is the hold up
