The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Tuesday 5th December 2023!
Morning all,
We can enjoy this Chelsea win for all of three days for definite, but let’s hope it’s more! That is because we have some rare midweek action this week. Chelsea are traveling up to Manchester on Wednesday evening for our next Premier League fixture, and I will be previewing that game later today.
Until then, we can enjoy and reflect on a win that wasn’t the most enjoyable or comfortable match to watch, but was a win all the same.
I’ve picked up on a couple of posts on social media to highlight and talk about off the back of the Brighton game this weekend. The first one is on our ill-discipline and lack of maturity. Although, I see the ‘fight’ from us of late that has been drawing criticism, as also as a very good thing. That might sound odd, so read it in full here.
Speaking of criticism, one Chelsea fan has had a go at other match-going fans at the Brighton game. I have honed in on those comments here and given my opinion on it all. By the way, I think we should be, and are, all as one, and their shouldn’t be a division.
Luke Rushbrook is up next with his daily article for us. He has given his thoughts in full on the Brighton game and also believes that actually, Chelsea didn’t get as much praise as he felt we should have for getting the win - he’s got a point you know, and you can check that out in full here.
And it’s that time again, we have our exclusive latest Ben Jacobs article live and direct here. Ben is speaking on Chelsea’s potential pursuit of Victor Osimhen, Ivan Toney, and more. Multi-club model news, his views on Brighton, and looking ahead to Manchester United this week. Some very interesting snippets in here on what Mauricio Pochettino has been doing with Cole Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Moises Caicedo!
Finally for this newsletter, round up all your latest Chelsea news in the same place gathered together here. Covering transfer rumours, quotes, and anything else from the wonderful world of Chelsea!
Join me on the live blog this morning from around 8am!
Peace, Si.
