I thought Badiashile was terrible. Gave the ball away and in the premier league that would have lead to a scoring opportunity for the opposition and he missed a sitter. Only pre season.
My bigger concern was the inverted full back. (1) the full backs added nothing in the midfield just made it more crowded pushed the midfielders into places they didn't want to be, but certainly restricted their space. That hurt Chukwumeka. (2) as a result of the fullbacks being defensive midfielders they weren't doing the overlapping or even underlapping runs all that well and we lost all the corner triangle play that's been a feature for years.
And overall thee wasn't enough off the ball movement. Let alone coordinated off the ball movement like a good basketball or netball team offers. A lot of the time a group of wood soldiers would have moved more when we were in possession.
