The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Monday 30th September 2024!
Morning all,
Another Monday morning waking up after a Chelsea win, I could certainly get used to this feeling! There’s no way I am getting ahead of myself after six matches, but the team and manager are doing very well right now, and it is very pleasing to witness!
Chelsea beat Brighton, a team who were unbeaten in the league so far this season, 4-2 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon. You can read my thoughts, player/manager ratings, debrief, and conclusion in here.
Dylan had a really good article off the back of this win as well. He’s gone a little different in his style of writing today. Rather than a report or analysis, he has given some interesting opinions on the recruitment style at Chelsea right now from an American standpoint. This is really good in here.
A sourced article from me up next. It’s off the back of the Graham Potter interview coming out this weekend. It’s the first time he has spoken since being sacked as Chelsea boss, and I had some insights from sources on what Potter feels went wrong, a bit more to his words. You can check that out in here.
Moises Caicedo has started this season very strong, and his performances are being recognised from a statistical standpoint. He’s now been rated as the best U23 defensive midfielder in the world, and you can find out much more on that in my words here.
Round up all your latest Chelsea news now from across the last 24 hours in the same place in Sunday’s Blues News Report here.
Right, see you all on the next live blog from around 8.30am this morning on the home page for your match reactions and more!
Peace, Si.
