The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Wednesday 18th September 2024!
Morning all!
Can someone tell me where September is going please? Halloween in a minute! Soon be another transfer window too! Ha, sorry. Don’t mention the C word…. Again, sorry.
There has been plenty of debates going on this week and recently actually on what is going to be our best line up when everyone is fit. What will Enzo Maresca go for? This is something that is really intriguing me and I’m excited to see what the Italian does.
We’ve been looking at the attack recently, but I feel like opinions might have changed on that one. So I’ve asked you to vote in the latest attacker polls in here. I’ve also slightly changed my first pick that I went for a couple of weeks back in this too.
And then we move onto the midfield, a key area on the pitch. This is perhaps the most heavily debated area right now. Romeo Lavia is back in training, so what does that mean for our midfield makeup and starting Xl? Who starts in our best lineup? Who misses out? I’ve picked my best midfield and also asked you to pick yours in here.
Good news folks, the ‘Supercomputer’ has predicted Chelsea will finish third in the Premier League this season! Ambitious? Perhaps. It’s also picked the rest of the league positions to finish the season too, and there are some very surprising picks in here and not just Chelsea’s!
There’s been some talk on Reece James’ injury this week as well and a potential setback. So I have put out an insider sourced report on James in here to clear some things up and detail exactly where he is at with his latest recovery.
